Placing accounts with MKI is easy. We accept accounts by mail, email or electronic data files.You can even send accounts as an attachment to an email ( for a list of accounts). Please see the FAQ's on how to make files for electronic placement. You may also contact us for help in any phase of the placement process.
Just send us the account info by mail. See CONTACT US page for mail address.

Just send us an email with the customer info that we need to collect or send an attachment to the email with i.e. a Word document attached with the proper info for placement. You can download a placement form (see above) to put into Word which you can print out or use in Word.

Just send us a data file in ASCII format. We will need the file layout so that we can process the file. You can also export a file from Microsoft Access, Excel or your database software. Contact us to discuss how this can be done. Once this has been setup it is a real time saver to send multiple accounts to us in the future.

We can provide a file layout if you want but it is not necessary as we can take your format and process it into our system.
To place an account online just fill out the form and it will be sent to us.
Use online report form to report payments, adjustments, stop work on an account or new address info.
